Hannah Lucio, 22, died after a wrong-way head-on crash on State Highway 121 near Sylvania in Fort Worth, Texas, during the early hours of May 31, 2026.
Hannah was driving when another car traveling in the opposite direction collided with the vehicle, leaving both vehicles severely damaged.
Emergency responders arrived quickly and took Hannah to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Despite medical efforts, Hannah later died from the injuries.
The June 3, 2026, report also said 48-year-old Justin Blackburn died in the same crash.
