Justin Blackburn And Hannah Lucio Remembered After Early Morning State Highway 121 Crash Near Sylvania In Fort Worth, Texas
The Fort Worth community mourns Justin Blackburn, 48, and Hannah Lucio, 22, after a wrong-way crash on State Highway 121 near Sylvania took two lives in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Authorities reported the wrong-way driver at about 4:30 a.m., before officers found a white pickup truck and a blue sedan with severe damage at the scene.
Justin Blackburn, who drove the white pickup truck, died at the scene.
Hannah Lucio, who drove the blue sedan, reached a nearby hospital in critical condition and later died despite medical care.
The Fort Worth Police Department said its Traffic Investigation Unit continues to review the crash and has not confirmed the cause.
Officials notified both families as relatives, friends, and neighbors shared grief and remembrance across the community.
