Michael Jaylen Coleman Of Duncan Remembered After Fatal Greer Rollover Crash On Tuesday Night, June 2, 2026
Michael Jaylen Coleman, 28, of Duncan, died Tuesday night after a single-vehicle crash in Greer near East Main Street and Wade Hampton Boulevard.
Authorities said the crash happened around 9:25 p.m. as Coleman drove a 2013 Chrysler 300 while turning left from Valley Road onto East Main Street.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the vehicle struck a curb, left the roadway, entered a ditch, hit a tree, and overturned.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene, and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office later identified Coleman and ruled the death accidental.
Officials said Coleman died from blunt force injuries, and an external examination was scheduled as part of the ongoing review.
Three passengers survived and went by EMS to nearby hospitals, while officials did not release their names or conditions.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and Greenville County Coroner’s Office continue to review the circumstances.
