Xavier Joshua Strunk, 22, Of Pinellas Park, Dies After Tuesday Night Motorcycle Collision In St. Petersburg
Xavier Joshua Strunk, a 22-year-old from Pinellas Park, Florida, died after a motorcycle collision in St. Petersburg on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, just before 10 p.m.
The collision happened at Tyrone Boulevard and 21st Avenue North, where steady traffic often moves through a busy western St. Petersburg corridor.
Police said Strunk rode a gray Suzuki motorcycle when a Ford F-150 traveled eastbound and attempted a left turn onto Tyrone Boulevard.
Authorities said the driver did not yield to the oncoming motorcycle, and emergency crews took Strunk to a nearby hospital after critical injuries at the scene.
Strunk later died from those injuries, leaving family, friends, and the Pinellas Park community facing a sudden loss.
The Ford F-150 driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, and officials had not filed charges as of June 3, 2026.
